Remote Support

Whizzbits also provide remote support.  Sometimes it may be possible to resolve your issue remotely.  This can often work out more cost effective to yourself.  Please call to discuss whether this or an onsite visit would be most suitable for your particular problem.  

To request remote support:

  1. Call to check remote support is suitable and arrange a time
  2. Purchase a remote support session via the products pages
  3. When order completed an engineer will call you at the agreed time
  4. Clickbutton then Run when prompted 
  5. Sit back and relax while we resolve your issue!


Note - For remote support to work you will need a broadband connection and a working browser (ie Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari etc..)
